Trioean Industrial Co., Ltd., originally known as Triocean Textile Co., Ltd., is a publicly listed company. It was founded in 1968. Due to the shift of most textile OEM businesses to overseas factories (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, etc.), the company has gradually transformed in recent years to undertake private construction, solar energy projects, land development, etc. The company holds qualifications as a “Class A Water Supply Installation Contractor” and a “Class A Electrical Installation Contractor.” Currently, the company mainly undertakes private residential projects, and cooperates with its subsidiary, Shandong Construction, to execute public engineering projects focusing on water and electrical works.
Overseas, the company has established a presence in Thailand, specializing in the manufacturing and trade of polyester yarn. In 2021, primarily through its investment in the subsidiary Shang Ting Construction , which holds Class A contractor qualifications, the company participated in public sector tenders for public works projects and various private sector engineering projects, aiming to expand opportunities for securing more contracts from its current clients.
